RV Parking Information
for the
Tubac Festival of the Arts

Dry RV Parking

Dry RV Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in Lot A. Parking is located on the property of St. Ann’s Parish, 18 Calle Baca, which is at the intersection of Bridge Road and East Frontage Road.

This is the closest RV Parking available.  Lot A is within walking distance to The Historic Village of Tubac which includes various shops and galleries plus dining and is home to the 65th Annual Tubac Festival of the Arts from Wednesday-Sunday, February 7-11, 2024.

A short walking distance away at a local inn, is where you’ll find Candy Vermillion and her team.

Also, parking Lot A is within walking distance to the Tubac Fire Station should an emergency happen.  Please call 911 if you have an emergency.

RV Parking Fees

All parking fees benefit local non profits such as St. Ann’s Parish, the Montessori de Santa Cruz School, The Friends of the Tubac Presidio and Museum, the Anza Trail Coalition, the Santa Cruz Valley School District #35, and the Tubac Chamber of Commerce.

Parking fees are $100 for five nights from Tuesday night, February 6th to Saturday night, February 10th, 2024.

If you’d like to stay Monday night, February 5th or Sunday night, February 11th, the fee is $20 per night, too.

If you are sleeping offsite, you may park your trailer in Lot A for a fee of $20 per night.  You may park your vehicle next to your trailer each morning.

The Tubac Chamber of Commerce will take your credit card payment online.  Prior to paying, we will need you to answer these questions on the form:

  • The description, length, license plate number of your RV or trailer
  • The description, length, license plate number of your vehicle, if you have one
  • Name, Business Name, Cell Phone

Offsite RV Parking

The Sunflower RV Camp is located in Tubac east of the railroad tracks.  Owner Jennifer “Jiff” Tougas has retired, and RV parking is not available.

Sanitation

Two large dumpsters will be located at Calle Baca and Calle Valenzuela, north of Camino Otero by the ball field dugout.  You are welcome to dispose your RV trash and booth trash in them.  Please do not use the dumpsters located at La Entrada de Tubac; those are on private property.

Propane Tank Refills

Should Tubac’s temperature drop, you can refill your propane tank heaters at the Tubac Trailer Tether located within walking distance at 15 Burruel Street.  Cash payment is appreciated.  Call (520) 398-2111 for more details; ask for Dennis.

RV Parking Reservation Form, Festival 2024

    If you are sleeping offsite and leaving only your trailer overnight, the fee is $20 per night. Your trailer will be placed in a section with other trailer owners that are not sleeping onsite.
