Membership Form

Anyone is welcome to become a member of the Tubac Chamber of Commerce.

Voting privileges are limited to business memberships with a physical location within a ten mile radius of Tubac.

Once you have submitted the form below, you will be redirected to a new page where you must choose your membership level. Payment details will open up in a new browser tab.

All memberships are subject to approval by the Tubac Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

  • Please provide a 5-word description of your business for the annual map:
  • Please provide a 100 - 300-word description (depending on membership level) of your business for the Tubac Chamber website listing:
  • Submit two categories: (_________ and ___________). For example, accommodations and art gallery.
  • Member Logos: Member logo or picture should be submitted in 300 pixels wide by 200 pixels high format to info@tubacaz.com. This is the logo that will be used next to your Chamber website listing.
  • By completing this application, the Business or Member agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local government rules and regulations applicable to their business.
