Festival Information for Volunteers

Festival Information for Volunteers

Thank you so much for volunteering for the 65th Annual Tubac Festival of the Arts, February 7-11, 2024.

Below is a form that we ask you to complete.  The information will be sent to Carolyne, our Festival Volunteer Coordinator, and she will be in touch.  She will send you a Traffic Plan map via email.

The hours of the festival are Wednesday – Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm, and on Sunday, from 10 am to 4 pm.

We will provide a name badge for you that will indicate you are a volunteer.

Parking is free at Ron Morriss County Park, and you’ll be able to ride the tractor-drawn trolley to the intersection of Calle Iglesia and Burruel Street.

Our Information Booth will be located near Tumacookery on Calle Baca.

You’ll also receive a free 2024 festival poster with the beautiful artwork of Lawrence Lee.

If you have any further questions, please send an email to info@tubacaz.com or call (520) 398-2704.

Thank you for thinking of us!  We truly appreciate your valued time!
