Festival Information for Volunteers

Waiver:
By applying to participate in Tubac Chamber of Commerce volunteer activities, I, the undersigned Volunteer, hereby release and waive any claims against Tubac Chamber of Commerce, including its officers, directors, employees, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents, and affiliates, for present or future claims arising from property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death resulting from my involvement in Volunteer Activities, regardless of when, where, or how such incidents occur. I acknowledge that the Tubac Chamber of Commerce is not liable for any injuries or property damage during Volunteer Activities, even in cases of ordinary negligence. I willingly assume all associated risks, including potential serious injury or death, and agree to indemnify Tubac Chamber of Commerce against any related claims. I understand that this agreement adheres to Arizona state laws and remains valid even if any portion is deemed invalid. I acknowledge that the Tubac Chamber of Commerce does not provide insurance for me or any other party, and I confirm my physical fitness for participation in Volunteer Activities. This document constitutes a legally binding contract that grants certain rights to and releases the Tubac Chamber of Commerce from liability.
