In a series of very successful and ground breaking land sales techniques, some legal and some less than legal, the Rosen brothers would test their land sales methods by developing several communities in Florida. These communities became the blue print for the development of the Baca Float Ranch in Santa Cruz County into the Rio Rico Project and Subdivision.
